It’s made by people who design, fabricate and install booths for a living: we put booth designs, each show’s rules and real rental pricing online, so you can plan your booth in minutes instead of weeks of back-and-forth emails.

Hi, I’m Nacho Bustos

I design and build trade show booths in Las Vegas: 3D design and rendering, CNC and panel fabrication, graphics and on-site installation support. Before booths I spent years in marketing: in 2019 I founded PubliMoov, a bilingual marketing agency, which is the company behind BoothCost.

I started BoothCost because getting a booth price usually takes weeks of emails, and most exhibitors only want to know three things early: what fits their space, what it costs and what the show allows. Now you can see all three yourself, and I personally review every request before you get your exact quote.

I’m originally from Rosario, Argentina, so you can work with us in English or Spanish.

How BoothCost works

  1. Design it or send yours

    Pick one of our ready-to-build designs and make it yours in 3D, or upload your own plan, render or last year’s booth.

  2. We check it and match you with a builder

    Your price range shows instantly. We check the design against your show’s rules and send it to the exhibit house that fits your booth and budget, which emails your exact quote within 1–2 business days.

  3. Built and installed in Las Vegas

    The exhibit house fabricates your booth and graphics, installs it and invoices you directly. If you want, it also coordinates installation, freight and show services. BoothCost is free for you: the builder pays us a referral fee.
