10×20 booth rental: common questions

How much does it cost to rent a 10×20 trade show booth?

It depends on the structure, graphics and furniture you choose. One-show rentals of the 10×20 designs here start at $12,400 as shown, and the price goes up with what you add; installation, freight and show services are quoted separately for your show. Pick any 10×20 design on this page, add your logo and you’ll see the rental price range for that exact booth in a couple of minutes, with what is and is not included. The exact quote arrives within 1–2 business days.

Can I have a hanging sign over a 10×20 booth?

Generally no. Most shows only allow hanging signs over island or peninsula booths of 400 sq ft or more. A 10×20 stands out with its back wall, header and lit graphics instead.

Which booth types are available in 10×20?

Inline, Corner, Perimeter, End-cap. Inline: Neighbors on both sides and behind you, aisle in front. The classic 10-ft-deep booth. Corner: End of a row: aisles in front and on one side, so you get two open faces. Perimeter: Along the hall wall: your back wall can go up to 12 ft tall. End-cap: End of a row with aisles on three sides. Tall elements stay in the center.

Which shows and cities do you cover?

Las Vegas (LVCC, Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay, Caesars Forum and more) and shows across the West: Anaheim, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Long Beach, San Diego, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tulare, Salt Lake City, Costa Mesa.
