How much does it cost to rent a booth at ISC West 2027?
It depends on the size, the structure and what goes inside. Your exact quote arrives within 1–2 business days. Show services (material handling, electrical, internet, cleaning) are ordered from the show and are not part of the rental price.
What is the maximum booth height at ISC West?
Under ISC West’s Display Rules and Regulations 2026: inline and corner booths up to 12 ft, perimeter booths up to 12 ft, peninsulas up to 20 ft and islands up to 25 ft. Always confirm with the current exhibitor manual.
Can I have a hanging sign at ISC West?
Under ISC West’s rules: allowed over peninsula, split-island and island booths of 400 sq ft or more, with the show’s approval; top of the sign at 25 ft max; 5 ft back from neighbors. Rigging is ordered through the show. Our designer checks your sign’s size, height and setback for you.
How early should I book my ISC West booth?
About three months before the show is the sweet spot: enough time to settle the design, produce the graphics and register your installer with the show. If you’re closer than that, a rental can still be built in about a month once the design and quote are approved.
Can installation and dismantle at ISC West be included?
On request, yes. The exhibit builder that quotes your booth can coordinate installation & dismantle (I&D), freight and show services and quote them separately, based on ISC West’s labor rules and deadlines. The installer registers with the show as your exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC) when the show requires it.
