How much does it cost to rent a booth at NAB Show 2027?
It depends on the size, the structure and what goes inside. What is the maximum booth height at NAB Show?
Under NAB Show’s Rules & Regulations (Las Vegas, web 2026): inline and corner booths up to 8 ft, perimeter booths up to 12 ft, peninsulas up to 25 ft and islands up to 25 ft. Island height by hall: North 30 ft, Center 25 ft, West 30 ft. NAB asks to keep ~20% of each side open above 4 ft. Always confirm with the current exhibitor manual.
Can I have a hanging sign at NAB Show?
Under NAB Show’s rules: allowed over peninsula, split-island and island booths of 400 sq ft or more, with the show’s approval; top of the sign at 25 ft max; 10 ft back from neighbors. Rigging is ordered through the show. Our designer checks your sign’s size, height and setback for you.
How early should I book my NAB Show booth?
About three months before the show is the sweet spot: enough time to settle the design, produce the graphics and register your installer with the show. If you’re closer than that, a rental can still be built in about a month once the design and quote are approved.
Can installation and dismantle at NAB Show be included?
On request, yes. The exhibit builder that quotes your booth can coordinate installation & dismantle (I&D), freight and show services and quote them separately, based on NAB Show’s labor rules and deadlines. The installer registers with the show as your exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC) when the show requires it.
