Booth rules at CES
From CES: Show Rules & Regulations 2027 (LVCC), plus the Las Vegas fire code. Rules change between editions: always confirm with the current exhibitor manual.

How much does it cost to rent a booth at CES 2027?
It depends on the size, the structure and what goes inside. Pick a design, set CES as your show and you’ll see the rental price range for that exact booth in a couple of minutes, with what is and isn’t included. Your exact quote arrives within 1–2 business days. Show services from Freeman (material handling, electrical, internet, cleaning) are ordered from the show and are not part of the rental price.
What is the maximum booth height at CES?
Under CES’s Show Rules & Regulations 2027 (LVCC): inline and corner booths up to 8 ft, perimeter booths up to 12 ft, peninsulas up to 20 ft and islands up to 20 ft. Island height by hall: LVCC West and North: 30 ft; Central C1–C2: 20 ft; Central C3–C5: 30 ft; South: 22 ft. Venetian Halls A–D: 25 ft; Hall G: 12 ft. Always confirm with the current exhibitor manual.
Can I have a hanging sign at CES?
Under CES’s rules: allowed over peninsula, split-island and island booths of 400 sq ft or more, with the show’s approval; 10 ft back from neighbors. Rigging is ordered through the show. Our designer checks your sign’s size, height and setback for you.
How early should I book my CES booth?
About three months before the show is the sweet spot: enough time to settle the design, produce the graphics and register your installer with the show. If you’re closer than that, a rental can still be built in about a month once the design and quote are approved.
Can installation and dismantle at CES be included?
On request, yes. The exhibit builder that quotes your booth can coordinate installation & dismantle (I&D), freight and show services and quote them separately, based on CES’s labor rules and deadlines. The installer registers with the show as your exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC) when the show requires it.
