Booth rules at AAPEX
From AAPEX: Exhibit Display Rules and Regulations 2026 (8/5/26), plus the Las Vegas fire code. Rules change between editions: always confirm with the current exhibitor manual.

How much does it cost to rent a booth at AAPEX 2026?
It depends on the size, the structure and what goes inside. Pick a design, set AAPEX as your show and you’ll see the rental price range for that exact booth in a couple of minutes, with what is and isn’t included. Your exact quote arrives within 1–2 business days. Show services from Freeman (material handling, electrical, internet, cleaning) are ordered from the show and are not part of the rental price.
What is the maximum booth height at AAPEX?
Under AAPEX’s Exhibit Display Rules and Regulations 2026 (8/5/26): inline and corner booths up to 8 ft, perimeter booths up to 8 ft, peninsulas up to 20 ft and islands up to 20 ft. Always confirm with the current exhibitor manual.
Can I have a hanging sign at AAPEX?
Under AAPEX’s rules: allowed over peninsula, split-island and island booths of 400 sq ft or more, with the show’s approval; top of the sign at 24 ft max; 10 ft back from neighbors. Rigging is ordered through the show. Our designer checks your sign’s size, height and setback for you.
How early should I book my AAPEX booth?
About three months before the show is the sweet spot: enough time to settle the design, produce the graphics and register your installer with the show. If you’re closer than that, a rental can still be built in about a month once the design and quote are approved.
Can installation and dismantle at AAPEX be included?
On request, yes. The exhibit builder that quotes your booth can coordinate installation & dismantle (I&D), freight and show services and quote them separately, based on AAPEX’s labor rules and deadlines. The installer registers with the show as your exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC) when the show requires it.
