InfoComm booth rental: common questions

How much does it cost to rent a booth at InfoComm 2028?

It depends on the size, the structure and what goes inside. Pick a design, set InfoComm as your show and you’ll see the rental price range for that exact booth in a couple of minutes, with what is and isn’t included. Your exact quote arrives within 1–2 business days. Show services (material handling, electrical, internet, cleaning) are ordered from the show and are not part of the rental price.

What is the maximum booth height at InfoComm?

We haven’t loaded InfoComm’s own display rules yet, so we use the standard IAEE guidelines and the Las Vegas fire code: 8 ft for inline booths, 12 ft for perimeter booths and 16 ft for islands. Check InfoComm’s exhibitor manual before you build.

Can I have a hanging sign at InfoComm?

Under the standard guidelines: allowed over peninsula, split-island and island booths of 400 sq ft or more, with the show’s approval; top of the sign at 20 ft max; 10 ft back from neighbors. Rigging is ordered through the show. Our designer checks your sign’s size, height and setback for you.

How early should I book my InfoComm booth?

About three months before the show is the sweet spot: enough time to settle the design, produce the graphics and register your installer with the show. If you’re closer than that, a rental can still be built in about a month once the design and quote are approved.

Can installation and dismantle at InfoComm be included?

On request, yes. The exhibit builder that quotes your booth can coordinate installation & dismantle (I&D), freight and show services and quote them separately, based on InfoComm’s labor rules and deadlines. The installer registers with the show as your exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC) when the show requires it.
