More from the International Pizza Expo rules

  • No line-of-sight rule: you can build up to the height limit anywhere in the booth. Signs, logos and graphics along the booth edges may not face into adjacent booths.
  • Peninsulas and split islands: graphics over 10 ft must be set back at least 5 ft from adjacent booths.
  • Hanging signs need the Hanging Sign and Booth Variance Form with a rendering. They hang at 16 ft from the floor to the bottom of the sign, can be up to 12 ft tall and sit 10 ft from neighboring booths. Islands taller than 20 ft go through the same review.
  • Anything above the 3 ft side drape must be finished.
  • Multi-level booths need a signed and sealed plan and a flame-retardant certificate at least 60 days before move-in.

International Pizza Expo booth rental: common questions

How much does it cost to rent a booth at International Pizza Expo 2027?

It depends on the size, the structure and what goes inside. Pick a design, set International Pizza Expo as your show and you’ll see the rental price range for that exact booth in a couple of minutes, with what is and isn’t included. Your exact quote arrives within 1–2 business days. Show services (material handling, electrical, internet, cleaning) are ordered from the show and are not part of the rental price.

What is the maximum booth height at International Pizza Expo?

Under International Pizza Expo’s Exhibitor Service Manual 2026 (latest published): inline and corner booths up to 10 ft, perimeter booths up to 12 ft, peninsulas up to 12 ft and islands up to 20 ft. Always confirm with the current exhibitor manual.

Can I have a hanging sign at International Pizza Expo?

Under International Pizza Expo’s rules: allowed over peninsula, split-island and island booths of 400 sq ft or more, with the show’s approval; bottom of the sign at 16 ft or higher; the sign itself up to 12 ft tall; 10 ft back from neighbors. Rigging is ordered through the show. Our designer checks your sign’s size, height and setback for you.

How early should I book my International Pizza Expo booth?

About three months before the show is the sweet spot: enough time to settle the design, produce the graphics and register your installer with the show. If you’re closer than that, a rental can still be built in about a month once the design and quote are approved.

Can installation and dismantle at International Pizza Expo be included?

On request, yes. The exhibit builder that quotes your booth can coordinate installation & dismantle (I&D), freight and show services and quote them separately, based on International Pizza Expo’s labor rules and deadlines. The installer registers with the show as your exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC) when the show requires it.
