More from the MAGIC Las Vegas rules

  • These rules are for custom (raw space) booths. Nothing may go above 8 ft from the floor: walls, furniture, lighting, truss, A/V and signs included. No balloon displays.
  • Hard walls are required: a back wall and two side walls. Custom fabric walls and pipe and drape walls are not approved.
  • The outside faces of back walls and of walls next to other exhibitors must be finished, white and unbranded.
  • Peninsulas need an 8 ft back wall (MAGIC prefers no side walls). Island walls are 8 ft high and finished on both faces.
  • Electrical access: inline booths leave 9 in. behind the booth (18 in. between back-to-back booths); peninsulas leave 18 in.
  • Renderings go to your MAGIC sales rep before January 17, 2027; EAC forms are due January 26, 2027.

MAGIC Las Vegas booth rental: common questions

How much does it cost to rent a booth at MAGIC Las Vegas 2027?

It depends on the size, the structure and what goes inside. Pick a design, set MAGIC Las Vegas as your show and you’ll see the rental price range for that exact booth in a couple of minutes, with what is and isn’t included. Your exact quote arrives within 1–2 business days. Show services (material handling, electrical, internet, cleaning) are ordered from the show and are not part of the rental price.

What is the maximum booth height at MAGIC Las Vegas?

Under MAGIC Las Vegas’s Custom Booth Guidelines, February 2027: inline and corner booths up to 8 ft, perimeter booths up to 8 ft, peninsulas up to 8 ft and islands up to 8 ft. Always confirm with the current exhibitor manual.

Can I have a hanging sign at MAGIC Las Vegas?

Not under MAGIC Las Vegas’s rules. Booths stand out with their back wall, header and lit graphics instead.

How early should I book my MAGIC Las Vegas booth?

About three months before the show is the sweet spot: enough time to settle the design, produce the graphics and register your installer with the show. If you’re closer than that, a rental can still be built in about a month once the design and quote are approved.

Can installation and dismantle at MAGIC Las Vegas be included?

On request, yes. The exhibit builder that quotes your booth can coordinate installation & dismantle (I&D), freight and show services and quote them separately, based on MAGIC Las Vegas’s labor rules and deadlines. The installer registers with the show as your exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC) when the show requires it.
